Welcome to the 2026–27 school year! We’re excited for a fresh year at Diamond.
Our goal is simple: shared leadership, manageable roles, flexible involvement, and more opportunities to bring Diamond families together.
There’s a place for you here.
You don’t need to attend every meeting or take on a big role. Whether you want to help with an event, join a committee, work behind the scenes, share an idea, or simply stay informed, we’d love to have you.
No giant commitments. No one is doing this alone.
We already have a fun year in the works, including the 6th Grade Welcome Social, Diamond Celtics Nights, a new DC Trip fundraiser, grade-level socials, 8th Grade celebrations, teacher grants, after-school clubs, and more.
Join the PTO
PTO membership is one of the easiest ways to support Diamond. Memberships and donations help fund clubs, teacher grants, student events, library resources, and experiences that would not otherwise be funded.
The PTO newsletter and website are also great ways to stay in the know about clubs, athletics, events, sign-ups, deadlines, and other important Diamond updates.
Come Meet Us
Our first PTO Meeting is Friday, September 11 from 9:30–10:30 AM in the Diamond Library.
All Diamond parents and caregivers are welcome - come hear what’s happening, meet other families, and learn about ways to get involved.

PTO meetings will alternate between morning meetings at Diamond and evening meetings at a PTO Board Member’s house off campus throughout the year to make participation easier for different schedules.
Whether you have two hours this year or two hours a week, we’d love to have you.

Support Behind the Scenes
The PTO also works closely with Diamond Administration, teachers, Student Council, and community partners to help strengthen communication, support school initiatives, and create a positive, connected school experience for students and families.
Many of these programs and events are funded directly through PTO memberships and donations and powered by parent volunteers giving whatever time and energy they can.
Whether families contribute time, financial support, ideas, snacks, spreadsheets, event help, or simply stay connected and informed - it all helps make Diamond stronger.
