Diamond PTO is powered by parents and caregivers who give time, talents, financial support - or a little of each.
We know families are busy, so volunteering is designed to be flexible, manageable, and easy to jump into.
Help once. Help occasionally. Join a team. It all counts.
Events
Help with student socials, Celtics Nights, end-of-year celebrations and other community events.
Think: setup, check-in, food, decorations, chaperoning or cleanup.
Hospitality
Help with staff appreciation, snacks, coffee, desserts and other ways we show our Diamond staff some love.
Behind the Scenes
Prefer helping from home? We need people for newsletters, Membership Toolkit, signups, website updates, spreadsheets and communications.
Green Team
Join Megan Hattori and the Green Team for small shifts supporting composting, recycling and sustainability at Diamond.
Community Connectors
Help welcome families, spread the word about PTO activities and keep your grade connected.
One-Time Help
Not looking for a "role"? That’s okay too. Volunteer for one event, one project or one hour. We mean it. Email us at diamondptolex@gmail.com and we will put you on a General Volunteer List for ad hoc event outreach.
